Davidoff Nicaragua 100% Puro

Country of Origin: Dominican Republic

Binder: Nicaraguan Jalapa
Filler: Nicaraguan
Vitola: Short Corona
Length: 3 3/4 inches
Ring Gage: 46
Strength: Medium

This cigar is an amazing change from the Traditional Davidoff Cigars that we are use to.  This is Davidoff's first Nicaraguan Puro and technically is not even released yet!  We are fortunate enough to get a pre-release!

This is fuller in strength for a Davidoff but I would still quantify this one as a solid medium. The cigar is a gorgeous copper color.  The construction is near perfect - which we all expect from Davidoff.

This cigar is a departure from the usual flavor profiles of Davidoff, but in a very good way!! I found no hint of grass that you would normally taste with the traditional lines.  It was nice, light, and earthy.  There was no harshness about this cigar.  What really impressed me was the absolutely clean finish!  You were completely satisfied from the smoke but it didn't leave anything on your pallet.

This is really an amazing cigar that has brought the Davidoff name into a wider market that can appeal to a greater audience.  A must try!!!
